The quality of a MAXX deployment depends on understanding a customer's operations, information and decisions before configuring technology. This role designs that bridge across discovery, solution architecture and implementation.
What you'll own
- Technical discovery and solution design for complex prospects and customers.
- Integration maps, data boundaries, agent workflows and acceptance criteria.
- The handoff from commercial promise to dependable production delivery.
- Reusable solution patterns that shorten future deployments.

What we're looking for
- You can move fluently between a boardroom, a process map and an API.

Experience
- 5+ years in solutions architecture, technical consulting or enterprise implementation.
- APIs, data integrations, security requirements and cloud applications.
- Leading discovery with senior business and technical stakeholders.
Nice to have
- AI agent or automation architecture
- Presales and post-sale delivery experience
