What you'll own
- Acquisition systems: enrichment, routing, sequencing, scoring.
- The data model behind pipeline and attribution.
- Experiments — designing them, running them, killing them.
What exceptional looks like
- You ship a system in a week that would have taken a team a quarter.
- Cost per qualified conversation falls month after month.
What we're looking for
- You are technical and commercial at the same time.
- You automate before you delegate.
- You measure everything you build.
Experience
- Growth / RevOps / GTM engineering
- APIs, scripting, automation platforms, SQL
Nice to have
- LLM-based pipelines in production
