- Mentoring engineers through hard technical decisions.

Experience
- 6+ years shipping customer-facing software.
- TypeScript or Python, relational data, APIs and cloud systems.
- Leading substantial projects across multiple engineers.

- LLM or agent applications
- Realtime media, WebRTC or voice systems
